CPC Business Policies and Practices
In this document, Custom Pest Control LLC is known as CPC and the client, who contracts for services is known as Client. An agreement or contract for services between CPC and Client is known as Agreement.CPC adheres to the following business policies and practices.
Currency
CPC does all transactions using United States of America currency.
Returns
If Client is in our Custom Pest Control Rodent Protection Plan and have acquired rodent stations in our Rent-to-Own program, Client can cancel at any time. Within 30 days of cancellation, Client must pay the remaining rental balance or return the rodent stations to Custom Pest Control.
REFUNDS/DISPUTES/CANCELLATION
No refunds for products applied to Client’s home or other property.
Client can cancel at any time. Call CPC at (231) 631-5023 to start the cancellation process. Applications/services applied within 24 hours of the request to cancel might not be subject to cancellation.
If Client chooses to cancel, uncompleted work orders will be terminated, and any and all invoices for work done are due within 30 days of receipt.
All disputes will be heard by CPC as we strive to make all Clients happy and fulfill their needs. If a resolution cannot be reached with Client using phone and/or email, either party involved can request the use of a mediator. Both parties must agree on the mediator used. Each party, assuming two parties are involved, is responsible for 50% of mediation fees.

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP CHANGES
If ownership or possession of the property under contract changes, Client must notify CPC immediately or assume liability for all foreseeable changes. If circumstances change and CPC cannot efficiently or effectively offer the services requested, CPC will contact Client immediately to discuss the options available.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
CPC does not take credit card information. CPC cannot be held liable for personal credit card information. All credit card transactions and options are handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe links are connected to all email invoices from CPC. Client has the option of paying by credit card using Stripe. Stripe retains, protects, and monitors all CPC-related credit card information.
CLIENT DATA PRIVACY
- CPC iscommitted to safeguarding the privacy of Clients. This policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and manage customer data. By using our services, you agree to the terms described herein.
- We collect the following types of customer information: contact information and service history, We collect data to: * schedule and provide pest control services,
- *update customers about appointments, service status, and promotion
- *enhance our services based on customer feedback.
- We retain customer data only as long as necessary for service purposes. Once the purpose is fulfilled, we securely dispose of the information.
FUTURE DAMAGE
CPC is not responsible for and does not guarantee against present or future pest damage to the building or contents or provide for the repair or replacement thereof. The Agreement does not provide for control of termites, fungus, beetles, or any other pests not specified in the Agreement. The plan does not guarantee, and CPC does not represent, that covered insects will not return to the property.
PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Client cooperation is important to ensure the most effective results from CPC service. Whenever conditions conducive to the breeding and harboring of pests are reported in writing by CPC, and not corrected by Client, all guarantees in the Agreement are automatically terminated and cancelled. Additional treatments in areas with such conditions that are not corrected will be paid for by Client as an extra service charge. Client is responsible for collection fees.
NOTICE OF CLAIMS/ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Any claim arising out of the Agreement must be made in writing by Client to CPC during the term of the Agreement. Client must allow CPC access to the identified property for any purpose contemplated by the Agreement. Failure to promptly allow CPC such assess will terminate the Agreement and plan without further notice.
NON-PAYMENT/DEFAULT
The obligation of CPC hereunder is conditioned upon payment in full of the initial charge and all regular service charges. Failure to pay such charges will cancel the Agreement and plan in its entirety and discharge CPC of any liability. Any amount paid will become the property of CPC.
